First I would like to thank you for considering doing business with me. Please do your homework and make your purchase from the seller you feel most comfortable with. My games are all Bible based and/or family friendly. I do not include any that have excessive violence or illegal activities as I would not want them for my family.

It the item new?
All of the items I sell are new in the original packaging.
Will the computer programs run under Vista?
The simple answer for any computer program is - unless it specifically states that it will run under
Vista there is a good possibility it won't. Anything else, and that means any program sold by anyone, may or may not run under Vista and you are taking a chance if you try to run it. All of my programs
that have been proven by the manufacturer to run under Vista are so noted.
I have provided some tips to make programs that are not written for Vista or Windows 7 run under those operating systems. They can be found in the section Tech Tips or just click on Tech Tips.
Do you combine shipping?
Short answer is yes. But there is a caviat. I ship from 4 different locations. If the items are located at the same warehouse then the shipping can be combined. If by chance you pay an excessive shipping charge I will refund the excess.
Will combined shipping save me money?
In most cases the answer is yes. It depends on which items you buy, how you have them shipped and where they are shipped from.
Do you ever change the items you sell?
Yes but not on any schedule. I don't have seasonal specials or items that are only available at certain times of the year. I remove any items that become backordered or discontinued as soon as I find out about it. In addition I remove items that no one is buying or even looking at. I also receive lists of new items and add those that fit the scope of this store. I am also always looking for new sources of items that I can sell and add them when I find them.
Why can I get some of your items for less from another seller or from a store?
Unlike some sellers I don't try to have the absolutely lowest price available anywhere. Most of the time I use the manufacturers recommended retail price.
Instead of charging the lowest price ever I attempt to provide the best possible customer service. I ship all items within 3 business days unless there is an extenuating circumstance. Many times items are shipped the next day, and on occasion on the same day.
When figuring the cost of an item from a store most people forget to figure in the time it takes them to go to the store or stores, the tax that is charged and the gas it takes to get there. Unless you live next to the store that can be considerable.
Also don't be mislead by a seller that offers a low price but has a very high fixed shipping amount. They may be building in some extra profit in the shipping. I don't do that. My shipping is, to the best of my ability, the actual cost of shipping with a small handling charge for materials.
